The physalis just keeps on bearing fruit

The physalis just keeps on bearing fruit. This plant has been much more resilient and productive than we expected.

It's also super healthy, tasty and easy to pick, making it perfect for the kids.

We just have to be careful to wait until it's ripe.

The main challenge is protecting them from the frost, when we almost lost it last winter. A good prune and some care helped, though.
