Manually applying JADAM wetting agent (JWA) to bare, hydrophobic sand areas.

More than two years after clearing them, some spots are still quite water repellent due to the waxy eucalyptus leaf drippings having coated the sand.

We were hoping to tackle this by injection JWA into the irrigation system, but the JWA didn't turn out as it should have. Despite clear instructions to do so, we didn't test the water hardness. It turns out that our water is quite hard, so the JWA got milky instead of clear, so it's not very effective.

The recent rain soaked everything, and there's more rain to come. Thus, this attempt to apply the JWA undiluted and hope the rain soaks it in. Perhaps it'll help a little, which would be better than just throwing it away.
