Duck processing day

Duck processing day.

Having (hopefully) done his duty of bringing fresh genes into the pool, it was time for the adult drake to go. We're done with ducklings for the season, and will keep some males out of the current batch.

This was the first time we tried skinning instead of plucking. It feels a little wasteful, but it's definitely less time and effort. It only took about two hours from start to finish including all the cleanup, despite being the first time!
