Finished weeding and mulching the east swale berm, then mowed a path between the tree lines. We'd previously mow everything around the plants. Mowing just a path instead leaves more insect habitat, covers the ground better, provides wind protection to the smaller trees and is less work 😅 #weeding

#weeding these two beds from #zone2 One has #carrots and some other #rootvegetables and the other #tomatoes (they also got pruned and staked with the occasion) and #sweetpotatoes (unclear if they'll sprout) The beds were made #lasagnagardening style (cardboard with compost on top) and weed growth so far

#weeding the #greenhouse It was an early spring project, not done in time and still not finished. The windows are missing and the strong winds partially ripped the cover. It's still useful for germination trays, but the grass and weeds were starting to overrun it. Not anymore 😃
