We can't wait to see how these Kombuchas will turn out.
We made three pairings:
- Blueberries and Lavender
- Cherries and Rosemary
- Strawberry and Chocolate Mint (a dessert, really)
The herbs are all from our garden, the fruits are from the region.
It is hard to pick a favourite at this point...
