We lost all the grapes in the small vineyard that came with our plot. There has been so much rain they didn't take it, and succumbed to funguses. This is a reinforcement that we want to continue betting on a diverse food forest. Where we have grapes together with other plants across the land, they are doing much better.

And just by virtue of having so many different plants (instead of just by grapes) we have better chances that some will thrive no matter what the Summer brings. While grapes didn't like so much water in June and July, most of the garden is actually doing great.
