Planting squash in two of the nursery paddocks.
We’re not planning on hatching many ducks this year, so this fertile area in zone 1 is worth using to grow food.
One of the paddocks already has Jerusalem artichokes growing, and now two more were planted with 6 different kinds of squash and melons.
