During a pruning session, we ended up looking for some chop and drop opportunities. The cabbages are great for that. Just removing the older leaves adds a lot of goodies to the ground and nudges the plant to keep on growing 🤞

We are starting to experiment a bit more with pruning. Today, we pruned a pear tree and a few olive trees. It’s an art, and we are barely figuring out all the things we need to learn.

The pink blueberries are coming. Just after the frost, they started blooming.What a sight! Hopefully they will be as tasty as they are beautiful.

We found this treasure in our garden. It was just under our big pine tree, which seems to be the home of a few doves, so this might very well be one of their eggs.

Planted more grapevines along the south fence.Agriloja had lots of inexpensive bareroot grafted vines, so we added to the fence facing our fire sector. Besides tasty grapes, these vines can also help slow down fire.
