Cutting back small amounts of vegetation around the plants in the berry patch.We’re trying to mow it less this year, hoping it’ll help keep the soil from getting so dry. Still need to ensure that our plants get some sunlight too.

Mowing a couple of walking circuits around the garden.With all the vigorous spring growth, it’s not feasible to mow and clean everything. Instead, trying a different approach: maintain these circuits and only do the rest if and when possible.
