Oak leaf lettuce!We just harvested from a couple of meters from the kitchen.It's very exciting to finally try a type of lettuce that actually tastes great instead of meh.We bought it because of the name but it turns our they are beautiful, full of flavour and healthy.

The plantain tree prunings didn’t go to waste. After shredding, we used them to cover the ground around the orange trees.
The plantain tree prunings didn't go to waste. After shredding, we used them to cover the ground around the orange trees.That should help enriching the soil, minimising water evaporation and slowing down the weed growth around the tree trunks.
